| Based in Gottmadingen , close to Lake Constance in southern Germany, we are a medium-sized concern that on one hand imports branded pharmaceuticals (such as e.g. Aspirin® von Bayer) from European Union countries and sells to the German market and on the other hand exporting. German branded pharmaceuticals to countries such as the U.K. Backing ACA Müller ADAG Pharma AG, incorporated in the person of Management Board and Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Arthur Müller, are over 35 years of experience in EU Paralell Import, 25 years of which in the EU pharmaceuticals market. In the 1980s, Arthur Müller founded the today’s EMRA-Med, one of the three largest German pharmaceuticals importers, which he sold after four successful years to the Fielmann Group. This know-how makes us a reliable and competent partner for every import supplier or export customer. |  |
| Principal Market Area Our core business deals in the range of pharmaceuticals distribution within the EU and in world-wide export of prescription medicines. Objective We want, together with our partners (the proprietor-owned pharmacies), to accomplish supplies of pharmaceuticals with the highest quality standards at reasonable prices. Customer friendliness, fast order processing and highest security standards are the most important features of our success. Given that the German pharmacists, due to the course of the Healthreform, are more and more compelled to think in an entrepreneurial way, we have developed a business model that helps these to compensate their losses: The „2nd Supporting Leg“. Whilst we provide the pharmacists with low-priced EU-original products, in return these provide us with German original products for export – a real win-win-situation. |
